I discovered Mark Stark on YouTube and I observed that he has a sensational talent for bodybuilding. His videos impressed me and so I offered him to construct his own homepage. Mark is the 5th of 5 bodybuilders that received their own homepages by me – free of charges. I do have to mention that I believe that Mark is certainly the only athlete that does not use doping.
I can recommend Mark’s TV-appearances for sure, because they are not just worth watching for a bodybuilding fan like I am, but for everybody

I’m Mark Stark, the world’s best natural bodybuilder. In 1999, I visited a fitness-center for the first time. After having some practice I could realise that my body got a nice shape.

I found out that my body has a perfect predisposition for bodybuilding. But my interest refered to powerlifting. I felt more masculinity for lifting heavy weights. Finally, I had my first competition in 2005 in powerlifting, it was the championship of Vienna.

There are 3 different disciplines in powerlifting, where you have the goal to lift a weight as heavy as possible.

My greatest successes were 10th at the Junior-World-Championship in France, 6th at the West-EU-Cup in Belgium and three times Austrian Master in the age group for juniors.

One of the 3 disciplines of powerlifting is bench pressing. There are even own competitions for that. In 2007 I became Austrian master of bench pressing in the junior age group.

In November 2005 I wanted to succeed in bodybuilding, in the age group for juniors as well, but as my placing was miserable, although I was in a nice shape, I quit this sport.

An insider of the bodybuiding scene wanted to convince me of taking part of classical bodybuilding competitions, because he considered me a physical phenomen and above all I reject all kinds of doping. Maybe the classical bodybuilding is the sport that fits me best, as  a person that keeps his hands off doping but I would have to tone down my body and lose kilos. And I do not agree with that. So I went on training powerlifting.

And furthermore it is more important to me making a good impression with my muscle-boned body on TV. My first TV-appearance was the talk-show “Barbara Karlich Show”. After that I had guest appearances in the German cinema-movie “Free Rainer” and the Austrian documentary film “Gut beraten Österreich” where I could score with my great figure. But you can find out closer information about me when you type in my name in the search of Google.com or YouTube.com
